Jennifer Rene Psaki

 Jennifer Rene Psaki (American political advisor) was the 34th White House secretary. She was secretary from 2021 to 2022. A member of the Democratic Party she has previously worked in the Obama administration as White House deputy press secretary (2009), White House deputy director of communications (2009–2011) and the spokesperson for the US Department of State(2013-2015) and White House communication director (2015–2017). Psaki worked as a CNN political contributor from 2017 and 2020. Psaki started her professional career in 2001 with the re-election campaigns for Iowa Democrats Tom Harkin for the U.S. Senate and Tom Vilsack for governor. Psaki was later appointed as the press secretary's assistant in John Kerry's 2004 presidential race. Between 2005 and 2006, Psaki served as communications director to U.S. representative Joseph Crowley as well as the regional press secretary of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee. Psaki was named the press secretary of President Obama's 2012 election campaign. [20] Psaki quit as spokesperson for the United States Department of State on February 11 2013. It was believed that Psaki would be replacing Jay Carney as White House Press Secretary.[21But, Josh Earnest was announced to succeed Carney on May 30, 2014. She returned to the White House in 2015 as the director of communications, and she remained there until the closing of the Obama presidency.
